Ride her like a mofo

Does this mean ride her as if you were a mofo, or ride her as if she were a mofo? How exactly does one ride, or give a ride to, a mofo? And do they mean to evoke mopeds, or is that a happy accident?

Obviously out of context it could be either of the suggested choices, however my sense it that the phrase really means to convey:

"Ride her like a mofo (would)." which is obviously the former.

Along those same lines, I don't think mofos openly admit to riding mopeds, even if they do.
