Spoils of the WFMU Record Fair 2006

Once again, I spent three hours at the Tchotchke Swag Table (high points included ruthlessly exploiting a little girl so her father would buy the last of the ’FMU Party Van magnets; being taped for a segment of a local cable show, New York Noise, in which a dealer, with as straight a face as he could manage, assured me that my The Civil War CD was worth at least eight thousand dollars; and seeing not one but two giant mutant rabbits at the Info Table) before blowing waaaaaay too much money on CDs and stuff.
