Thanksgiving Lesson

Whoa—I never knew that cranberry sauce is damned near the easiest thing in the world to make. Dig it:
1. Stir one (1) cup of sugar into one (1) cup of water. Bring to boil.

2. Add 12 oz. whole washed cranberries (available in convenient bags from Ocean Spray).

3. Boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Remove from heat. Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.

Yield: Approx 2.5 cups.

Smells divine, tastes even better.
